During his four years at TriSail, Craig was responsible for originating, evaluating, and closing both participating and mezzanine loans. He managed the financial analysis and due diligence investigations of potential acquisitions and development opportunities and negotiated deal terms and structures with borrowers, brokers, bankers and attorneys. Craig's expertise includes financial modeling of complex, highly-leveraged transactions, sourcing real estate investment opportunities and, in-depth knowledge of the commercial banking industry and debt markets.
Craig holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business, with a concentration in Finance from Indiana University.
