Erin served as a production and reservoir engineering technician early in her career with Equinox Oil, covering regions in the Illinois, Louisiana onshore and offshore, Mid-Continent and West Coast basins of the United States. She has also worked in regulatory compliance at POGO and Santos USA Corp. in the Texas Gulf Coast, Permian Basin, East Texas, Rockies and Gulf of Mexico areas. While at Anadarko, she was responsible for all federal, state and local permitting for drilling and workovers in Texas.
Erin is a graduate of Texas A&M University.
