Robert Archer

With Knowledge Reservoir, Robert was responsible for North American business development and for the delivery of reservoir studies. His expertise is in the field of subsurface uncertainty quantification and integrated reservoir field studies with a focus on dynamic reservoir performance prediction.
Since working as an engineer at British Petroleum for the Crosby Field team, Robert has developed extensive deepwater appraisal and development experience in the Gulf of Mexico, Brazil and Angola. Through his study experience, he has worked in many emerging and mature conventional and unconventional North American plays including secondary and tertiary recovery projects. International field study experience includes projects in Mexico, Malaysia and Indonesia, the North Sea, Algeria, Brazil and West Africa.
Robert holds a Master of Science in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Houston and a Bachelor of Science in Geological Geophysics from the University of Reading. He is a licensed Professional Geoscientist in the State of Texas. He is a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers of AIME, the American Association of Petroleum Geologists, and the European Association of Geoscientists and Engineers.
