With over 25 years experience, Kathy is a skilled engineer and leader in the oil and gas industry. She became President & Chief Executive Officer of Zone Energy, LLC, a Kayne Anderson backed company in February 2009. From September 2007 through January 2009 Kathy was President & CEO of Zone Oil & Gas, LLC, having previously been the President & CEO of Santos USA Corp. for six years.

Bill has over 31 years experience in the oil and gas industry. Prior to joining Zone, Bill was VP of Exploration for Santos USA. Over his career at Santos, Bill rebuilt the company's exploration capabilities in the United States and developed a North American exploration strategy aligned with Santos Ltd.'s global portfolio initiatives.
